Before contacting our support team, be sure to follow the steps that are reported in the README.txt file that is delivered to you with the resource.

Read the README.txt file very carefully. Check if the resource is "ensure" in your server.cfg. If you still have doubts, open a support ticket to be guided on Discord.

Check very carefully the door hashes provided.
If it's still not working, you can check for yourself on the YourMaps test server and use the doors debug.
